Payment

Please find below a list of all payment options we provide. To place your order, please browse our catalog and add items to your shopping bag then proceed to checkout.

Credit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We guarantee that every transaction is 100% secure. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping on our website. Learn more about our security guarantee.

If you prefer to place your order by phone, please contact customer service.

Fax Orders can be placed by clicking on the Order by Fax button located within your Shopping Bag. Simply shop as you would by making a regular online order. The system will then ask you to follow a dedicated checkout process which will automatically generate a fax order form. Print the form, fill in the missing credit card information and fax it to our Italian distribution center.

To provide you with additional security, all credit card numbers are stored on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. After you type, fax, or call in your order, your complete credit card number is transferred to this secure system via a proprietary one-way interface. This computer is not accessible by network or modem.

Credit Card charging

We will charge your credit card only after verifying the billing information, the receiving address and that the item is in stock. You will not be charged for any item (with the exception of made-to-order purchases) until it is ready to be shipped out.

  

Wire Transfer

If you would like to pay by wire transfer, please follow our standard on-line purchasing procedure and select the Wire Transfer payment option during checkout. The final checkout page will provide our Banking Information and your order will be put on hold for the following 48 hours. An email confirmation is necessary to validate your order which will then be processed and shipped out once the amount has been cleared with our bank. The customer is responsible for covering any bank fees from this transfer.

COD

COD (or "Cash On Delivery") payment option is available to all EU countries. Follow our standard on-line purchasing procedure and select the COD payment option during checkout. A Bric's representative will call the phone number you provided with the billing address for a confirmation before processing.

Duties and Tax

We will take responsibility for all taxes and custom duties for the USA, Canada, Japan and all EU countries - for these destinations, no extra-fee will be charged on delivery. To check if we will pay taxes and custom duties on orders to your country, simply view your shopping bag (it must have at least one item in it), select the destination and shipping method of your order, and you will see if duties and taxes are paid by us or by the customer.
